Working Draft EIS

The linked PDF files were obtained from a public records request to Chelan County in December of 2024. The appendices were current in February 2025. This is a working draft. The actual draft will be different and is scheduled to be published to the public in "not more than a few months" (reported at the Stemilt Partnership meeting on May 8, 2025). However, working through this draft will give you a glimpse of what is coming and perhaps allow time for you to mull over the arguments made in the document in preparation for an examination of the actual future draft.
